HOW IT WORKS?

DISCOVERY SESSION

We start our work with a Discovery Session in which we design our relationship and set the foundation for our coaching together

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We start with a free consultation to explain the coaching process, try some coaching, and see whether we have a good fit

ON-GOING COACHING

Most clients then shift to one hour coaching sessions every two weeks in which we uncover insights that we translate into assigments between sessions
